HID World Tag RFID Tags

Made of durable polycarbonate, each HID Global World Tag™ RFID transponder withstands manufacturing and processing temperatures of 212° F (100° C) or higher, enabling tag encapsulation or use as is in a wide variety of end-use enclosures.

Used indoors without encapsulation, these tags identify capital assets such as office furniture, business equipment, computers and printers. They are also suitable for applications requiring documentation or chip removal history on high-value consumables.

Low frequency (LF) World Tag discs perform best when bonded to wood, glass or plastic surfaces. With up to 2048 bits of read-write data storage available, they offer reliable, cost-effective labelling for proximity reader applications.

For additional options, the heavy-duty HID IN Tag™ and Poly Tag families offer low frequency, high frequency and UHF configurations. HID Epoxy Disc transponders are well suited for other light-duty applications. For applications requiring extreme heat exposure, HID's Volcano Tag™ discs withstand peak temperatures up to 392°F (200°C).
